This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct public meeting urging the Central and State Governments to ensure the water rights of Tamil Nadu from 05.00 pm to 10.00 pm on 09.04.2018 at the venue of Small Bazaar Street, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam District pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2018 or in other alternative future days.

fairly submitted that by imposing certain conditions, the petitioner has been granted permission to hold meeting. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that the petitioner has to collect the order passed by the 2nd respondent. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
