ORDER

[This case has been heard through video conference] This court, by order dated 24.07.2020 in W.P.No.9604 of 2020, directed the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.06.2020 objecting to the construction of public toilet adjacent to his land and take a decision thereof in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Alleging contempt of order of this court, the petitioner has come forward with the present contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order of this court, the respondent has passed an order on 24.03.2021.

3. Considering the fact that the the respondent has already passed an order pursuant to the order of this court, no further adjudication is required in this matter. This contempt petition is closed accordingly. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed. No costs.
