ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.12.2021 for the offences under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 read with 7(1) a (ii) of EC Act, 1955, in Crime No.267 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
