Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records on the file of the third respondent relating to the order issued in Ref. No. Nil dated 02.02.2015 (served on petitioner on 13.03.2015) and to quash the same and consequently direct the second and third respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service as Secretary in the Thiruvallur Taluk Cooperative Housing Society with all consequential service and monetary benefits based on the interim order passed by the first respondent in Rc.No.8074/2014/SF.1 dated 11.02.2015 in the Revision Petition dated 31.12.2014 made by the petitioner.

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge relates to the order of suspension pending disposal of the disciplinary proceedings.

2.The learned counsel for the respective parties submitted that nothing survives for adjudication, in view of the subsequent events relating to the dismissal of the second respondent from service after conducting the enquiry.
