A.Nos.413 & 416 of 2024 in O.P.No.775 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., These applications have been filed by the 1st respondent in the original petition seeking to reopen the evidence of P.W.1-G.Sangeetha, the petitioner in O.P.No.775 of 2022 and recall her and permit her to cross examine P.W.1.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent/petitioner on instructions submitted that the respondent will have no objection in allowing the applications for reopening the evidence and recalling the witness (P.W.1) for the purpose of cross examination.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the applications and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, these applications are ordered.
