ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that if the petitioner has not filed an online application so far and such an online application is submitted by the petitioner for survey and demarcation of the boundaries, the same will be considered by the respondents. The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents is recorded. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application. 4.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application to the first respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same within the stipulated time, the first respondent shall survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition with the assistance of the second respondent, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
