ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, Panchayat President, states that the Panchayat has passed a resolution requiring the respondent authorities to remove the alleged encroachment by the private respondent Nos.6 and 7 on the road in the process of utilising their patta land.

2. The first respondent will look into the allegation after inspection of the site and measurement by respondent No.3 and if any encroachment is found, take action in accordance with law. The exercise be completed within a period of three months of the receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
