Seeking a direction to the respondent to register F.I.R., on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.02.2015 and complete the investigation within the stipulated period, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It appears that the petitioner had filed a private complaint, in which, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur had passed an order directing the respondent police to investigate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., and file a report before the jurisdictional Court on 15.05.2015.

4.In view of the aforesaid order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in C.M.P.No.2218/2015 on 15.04.2015, no further direction is necessary from this Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
