This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 548 days in filing the above revision petition.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the total cheque amount is Rs.3,80,000/- and at the time of appeal 20% of the cheque amount was deposited before the Trial Court. He further submitted that to show his bonafide, he is ready to pay Rs.1,00,000/- through Demand Draft to the respondent and he has produced the photostat copy of the Demand Draft.
3.Mr.S.C.Vishwanth, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner is willing to settle the amount, he has got no objection for this petition being allowed and he received the photostat copy of the Demand Draft.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order.
