ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner while suspending the sentence, directing him to appear before the respondent police weekly once (i.e.) first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7598 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.562 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024.

3. Since the petitioner has been duly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month (i.e.) first day of every month until further orders.
