C.M.P.No.16447 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.148063 of 2019 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J and V.SIVAGNANAM, J It is represented by Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the appellant that though the claimant/1st respondent and 4th respondent have been served and their name also printed in the cause list, none appears for them. The other respondents, i.e., the owner and driver of the offending vehicle remained exparte before the Tribunal.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court allows this petition and the delay is condoned.
