This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2021.

Heard Mr.A.Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner submitted an appeal before the second respondent on 30.09.2021 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 herein in respect of the subject property and it is pending.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein and conduct enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
