ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relax the 1/4

condition imposed in Crl. M.P. No.15818 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.24715 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. M.P. No.15818 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.24715 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 on condition. The condition was complied by the petitioner without fail and hence prayed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition from 23.11.2024 to 25.01.2024 without fail.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature of offences, investigation was completed and the petitioner has also complied the condition for more than 10 weeks without any violation, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in "toto". 2/4
