Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirupattur to dispose of the suit in OS.No.126 of 2017 within the time framed fixed by this Court.

The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking an early disposal of OS.No.126 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tirupattur.

2. The suit has been filed by the 1st respondent herein in the year 2017 for permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents and others from interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property. The 4th defendant in the suit is the petitioner before this Court.

3. From the B diary extract it is seen that the matter is at the stage 2/5

of cross examination of PW2.

4. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2017 and the fact that the matter is at the stage of cross examination of PW2, a direction is issued to the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirupattur, to dispose of the suit within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
