Mr.Akhil Yashwanth, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner has joined some other service. As such, the cause in the writ petition does not 2/4

survive for consideration and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement in the bundle to the above effect.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
