Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur instead of Learned Judicial magistrate No. II, Thiruthuraipoondi in the order dated 05.01.2022 passed in Crl.OP.No.26093 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.VINOTHRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para no.6 in Crl.O.P.No.26093 of 2021 on 05.01.2022.
2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that "the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen (15) days after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur".
