This Writ Petition is filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to approve petitioners name for admission for BSC Agriculture in the academic year 2017-2021 and issue petitioners College Identity Card.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought to withdraw this appeal and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
