Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to hear and dispose the appeal dated 18.06.2018 preferred by the petitioner against the 3rd respondent's proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.5049/A4/2014, dated 05.06.2018 as expeditiously as possible and after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.

Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 18.06.2018 preferred by him, as expeditiously as possible.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an appeal as against the order of termination passed by the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5049/A4/2014, dated 05.06.2018 and the said appeal is pending without any consideration. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents fairly submitted that the petitioner's appeal would be considered and disposed of by the first respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 18.06.2018, preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
