ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WMP No.34418 of 2024 in W.P.No.31655 of 2024 dated 23.10.2025, was not complied with.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the CEO, Vellore was placed before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and what remains is the arrears of salary that is payable to the petitioner. The arrears of salary shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. It goes without saying that the monthly salary payable to the petitioner shall be paid to the petitioner without fail.
