ORDER

Mr.S.Dhevasasan, Sub-Inspector, Sendurai Police Station, is present before this Court at the time of hearing. 2.

This Contempt petition has been filed against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP No.2089 of 2024 dated 06.02.2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the affidavit of the respondent is filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder :-

7. It is submitted that based on the above order, on 03.03.2022, Tr.Dhanraj, Sub Inspector of Police have filed the Charge sheet vide E-filing No.TN 20220002221 C202300134 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai and the case was taken on file vide CC No.04/2025 on 06.02.2025. 4.

It is clear from the above that the final report has been filed and the case is now pending in CC No.4 of 2025 before the learned Judicial 2/4

Magistrate, Sendurai.
