J U D G M E N T

When the matter came up for hearing on 23.07.2020, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and notice on the respondent has remained unserved. Hence, this Court permitted the appellant to take steps to serve notice to the respondent. Again when this matter is listed on 08.04.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would state that he has given change of vakalat even before numbering this appeal and none appeared for the appellant. Therefore, this matter was posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also there is no representation for the appellant.
