This revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 06.12.2017 made in CMP.No.5945 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.215 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court, Erode

2. After some elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw this revision with liberty to file appropriate application for marking of the additional documents and thereafter to invoke the provision under Section 45 of the Evidence Act before the trial Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision is dismissed and liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy to file the application for marking of the additional documents and thereafter, to file the petition under Section 45 of the Evidence Act before the Court below. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
