This petition is filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone. Hence, the delay is condoned.

4.The petitioner is not entitled to get interest for the default period.

5.The Registry is directed to number C.M.A. SR.No.3930 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order, and list this matter before the next National Lok Adalat.
