This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition in Crl.M.P.No.1938 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1917 of 2018 imposed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai dated 30.10.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for more than 74 days. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
