Assistant wef. 01.06.1990 and with all consequential benefits, in the light of the Letter issued by the Principal/Secretary to Government, Finance Department, in Letter No.57536/CMPC/2013-2, dated 25.07.2014, within a time frame fixed by this Court and after affording a personal opportunity to the petitioner.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the appeal dated 10.06.2019, which is pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Aggrived by the order of the third respondent rejecting the petitioner's request for redesignation as Lab Assistant from the post of Lab Attender, the petitioner preferred an appeal on 10.06.2019 before the first respondent. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said appeal.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reason, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 10.06.2019 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
