This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl. O.P. No.31124 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of police, Trichy Contonment Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly for 45 days without fail.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl. O.P. No.31124 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024, is relaxed.
