This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 01.08.2015 passed in Crl.R.C.No.25 of 2014 on the file of the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first respondent had informed that the complaint pertaining to M.P.No.5115 of 2012 has been withdrawn by them. He further submits that the petitioners had filed this petition, challenging the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.25 of 2014, setting aside the order passed in M.P.No.5115 of 2015. He further submits that in view of the complaint pertaining to M.P.No.5115 of 2015 has been withdrawn, there was no necessity to pass any order against Crl.R.C.No.25 of 2014.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
