ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to appoint a team headed by Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai to Investigation Crime No.3 of 2022 filed by the 3rd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, originally the case was registered by DCB Police Station, Chengalpattu in Crime No.3 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 465, 468 and 471 of IPC. Later, by the proceedings dated 08.11.2022 of the 1st respondent, this case was transferred to Team-33, Forgery Investigation Wing of CCB, Chennai and Mr.Selvaragavan, Inspector of Police is investigating the case.

3. Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court finds that the prayer sought by the petitioner was already granted. In view of the matter, there is no need to pass further order in this 2/4

regard. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary.
