judgment and decree in A.S.No.127 of 2001, dated 10.12.2002 on the file of VI Additional Judge, Court of City Civil Judge, Chennai reversing the judgment and decree dated 23.08.2000 in O.S.No.386/1993 on the file of XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
