The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the religious ceremony of Mandala Abiksheka Poorthi Festival to be conducted between 07.05.2011 to 08.05.2011 of Shri Ananda Venkatesa Perumal Koil situated at R-10, T.N.H.B., 4th Main Road, Ayyapakkam - 600 077.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and therefore, this writ petition may be closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.
