ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to bring him to the consolidated pay and regularize the service of the petitioner w.e.f. 21.07.1999 in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.125 MA & WS (NP3) Dept. dated 27.05.1999 on completion of 10 years of service as NMR and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits, in the light of the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.08.2023 within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
