Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the complaint made by the 1st petitioner herein on 13.02.2017, 2nd petitioner herein on 15.02.2017 and the 3rd petitioner herein on 17.02.2017 by conducting an enquiry and to remove the 4th and 5th respondents from the membership of the 1st respondent organisation and to remove respondents 6 to 10 from the membership of the 1st respondent organisation and membership of the Managing Committee in terms of Article 11(d) and 15.9 of the Memorandum of Association.
