This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the Special Leave against the acquittal of the respondents/accused in Spl.S.C.No.34 of 2017 dated 05.07.2019 on the file of the Magalir Neethimandram (FTC Mahila Court) Tiruvallur.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 2 4 and 5 and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to call for the records from the concerned Court below and prepare the typed set of papers and list the appeal on 26.03.2021 for final arguments.
