The appellant Police registered a case in Crime No.7 of 2015, for offence under Section 376 IPC and Sections 6 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. After completing the trial, the trial Court acquitted the respondents, by judgment, dated 05.07.2019 in Special S.C.No.34 of 2017. Challenging the same, the State has filed the present appeal. 2.Since the appeal against the Judgment of acquittal, the State has filed the present petition to grant leave to file the appeal. 3.A perusal of records, the reasons stated in the affidavit are satisfied and the State has raised arguable points in the grounds of appeal. Hence, this Court grants leave to prefer the appeal against the Judgment in Special S.C.No.31 of 2017, dated 05.07.2019 passed by the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Tiruvallur and the petition is, accordingly, ordered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ Page No.1 of 2
