ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, the mother of the detenue, to produce the detenue, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Magistrate. The detenue has made a statement before the police that on her own volition she has married one Dayanidhi and there was no inducement or threat or any allurement and that the marriage took place on 23.6.18. The detenue has further stated that she is living only with her husband.
