ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court order dated 22.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29214 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation is going on and final report is yet to be filed.
