2. As seen from the averments contained in the plaint, part payments were made by the respondent to the applicant at Chennai. The suit has been filed for the alleged non-payment of the dues to the plaintiff for the goods sold and delivered by the plaintiff to the defendant. 1/3

3. The plaintiff is having office at Chennai and as seen from the plaint averments, major part of cause of action arose only at Chennai. Since part payments were made at Chennai and the goods were also supplied only from Chennai to the defendant's premises at Nellore, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue as prayed for. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the suit if it is otherwise in order.
