ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in crime No.1511 of 2012, pending on the file of the respondent Police to CBCID or any other investigating agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.1511 of 2012 the respondent Police filed charge sheet before the learned Mahila Judge, Chennai and assigned as S.C.No.95 of 2014, in which the petitioner has been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned Mahila Judge, Chennai by its Judgment dated 16.03.2017. 3.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is Dismissed.
