Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned order issued under Na.Ka.No.588/2023/E2 dated 15.12.2023 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with full backwages, continuity of service with all other attendant benefits. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 15.12.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent and direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with full backwages, continuity of service with all other attendant benefits.

2. On perusal of the records, it revealed that as against the order of removal passed by the 2nd respondent, there is a provision for review under section 153 of TamilNadu Co-operative Societies Act. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach his higher authorities for revision as contemplated under section 153 of TamilNadu Co-operative Societies Act. 2/4
