ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of the writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records connected with Lr.No.S4(3)/78482/95 dated 10.03.1999 of the second respondent and further proceedings thereto and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to sanction arrears of pay and allowances pension and other terminal benefits based on Pro.No.E1/2347/94-1 dated 19.09.1997 of the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the order passed by this Court in W.P Nos.11813/2011 dated 28.02.2011 wherein the same proceedings of the second respondent in Lr.No.S4(3)/78482/95 dated 10.03.1999 has been challenged. He further produced two similar nature of order passed by this 2/4

Court in W.P.Nos.4806 & 4220 of 2009.

3. Since the prayer in this writ petition is one and the same as that of W.P.No.11813 of 2011, this Court is inclined to allow this petition as per the earlier order of this Court dated 22.02.2011 passed in W.P. No.11813 of 2011.
