This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28357 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
