Upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant and the 4th respondent and on a perusal of the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge, we do not find any infirmity in the same, particularly in view of the fact that the issue stood concluded in civil proceedings culminating in dismissal of S.L.P.No.8690/2015 dated 19.09.2016 passed by the Supreme Court, and hence, the present Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
