The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / Corporation would submit that pending the writ petition, the petitioner has been appointed as Sweeper in the respondent Corporation, vide proceedings of the respondent dated 17.06.2013 and also placed the said proceedings before this Court.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
