The plaintiffs have presented this application for leave to file a reply statement in response to the written statement. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the defendants have made factual allegations with regard to their entitlement to the suit properties on the basis of a document, namely, "Marz-ul-Mauth". In view thereof, it is stated that it is necessary to file a reply statement. On instructions, learned counsel for the defendants states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

2. Upon examining the affidavit in support of this application and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed. Consequently, the Registry is directed to receive the reply statement.

3. List the matter on 16.02.2023.
