ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31315 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was arrested in a case in Crime No.158 of 2024 registered by the CCP, Chennai and was also arrested in another case in Crime No.27 of 2024 register by the CCP, Tiruppur. In Crl.O.P.No.29030 of 2024, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Thirupuvani Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., and before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders. In Crl.O.P.No.31405 of 2024, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Due to these conditions, the petitioner has been unable to comply with the conditions imposed in both the cases and thereby, the present petition has been filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the above, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29030 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the West Zone Cyber Crime Police Station, Anna Nagar, Chennai, on first and third Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders. In Crl.O.P.No.31315 of 2024 in respect of CCP, Tiruppur District in Crime No.27 of 2024, the petitioner shall appear on the second and fourth Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
