Prayer in Writ Petition 3520/2014 dated 06.02.2014:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to count the 50%of the petitioner's part time service as Vocational Instructor between 16.07.1984 and 04.10.1996 at fifth respondent school for the purpose of calculating pension.

JUDGMENT
(delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) Challenge in this writ appeal is to the order of the writ court dated 06.02.2014 made in W.P.No.3520 of 2014, which was filed for a mandamus seeking a direction to the appellants 1 to 4 to count the 50% of the petitioner's part time service as Vocational Instructor between 16.07.1984 and 04.10.1996 at fifth appellant school for the purpose of calculating pension.
2. The learned State Government Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the order of the learned Single Judge dated 06.02.2014 has already been complied with and has also produced the copy of the communication from the fifth respondent-school to the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.135/2020 dated 22.12.2020, stating that the cash benefits have been paid to the writ petitioner/respondent herein.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Appeal and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
