O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from visiting, raiding, disturbing and arresting the petitioner, who has not participated in the alleged gathering that took place on 04.04.2015 in front of the official house of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Madras High Court at Green Ways Road.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he was not in Chennai and hence, he had not participated in the alleged gathering that took place on 04.04.2015 in front of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the official house of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Madras High Court. Therefore, he prays for a mandamus to forbear the respondents from visiting, raiding, disturbing and arresting him on account of the alleged gathering.

3. However, such a prayer as sought for in the present writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court. In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
