This petition is filed to condone the delay of 431 days in filing the above said appeal.
2.Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 7th respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for the 7th respondent.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 431 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
