2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the directions of this Court vide order dated 23.01.2023, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) to the credit of Cr.No.15 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi.

2. In view of the above, the compliance is hereby recorded and no further orders required.
