This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.74 of 2015 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry in Crime No. 7 of 2014 and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet in C.C.No.74 of 2015 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry and the same was ended in acquittal by an order dated 08.01.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructous.

3. Recording the said submission by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
